Dune

A number of decades ago Frank Herbert introduced the world to a world of his own creation: Arrakis aka Dune. He went on to write sequels and died before he could finish the series. Years after his death, his son Brian looked for a coauthor to finish the series and found Kevin J. Anderson who had been doing well in the industry and together they have uncovered the past history of Dune, concluded the series, and are now filling in any details that were never covered in any of the other books as they fulfill the complete vision of Frank Herbert left behind by the author himself.
