Since I'm the creator of this board, I suppose I should kick this part off.

My name is David James and I am a husband and father of two and son to two parents still living.

I live in NE Georgia and am an entrepreneur working on more than one project, two of which are active now.

My favorite food is pizza and I prefer it fresh although I will eat "fastfood" pizza and even Totino's and Jeno's from the grocer's freezer, but I draw the line at Mr. P's. Can't stand that junk.

I'm trying to drink less soda now and more water and tea, but my favorite soda is Dr. Pepper.

Some people get wigged out over religion, but for me I'm very accepting of people's beliefs because I realize I can't change them. Only God Himself can do that. For myself, I'm a person who trusts in Jesus as the Christ and my personal Saviour. You won't find religion shoved down your throat at this site, but if you are disrespectful of other's beliefs when stated in any way (no matter what religion) I will only warn you once. Then you're banned.

I read a variety of books that range from speculative novels to spiritual books to finance and self-help books. My favorite authors range from Stephen King to Billy Graham to Donald Trump. So I'm a person that sees things from different perspectives. Lately my favorite reading authors for each category are Kevin J. Anderson, Mike Murdock, and David Bach. All of those guys are great in the kind of books they write.

I listen to a variety of music and am always grateful for a new tune if it actually sounds good. I'm heavy into Goth, but I also like Melodic Heavy Metal and only a few specific Praise and Worship artists because most of them come across to me as stuck up and I get bored with their songs that all sound the same.

I love to watch movies and go see them in the theater when I can. I prefer the speculative and even more specific are usually seeing sci-fi oriented, although I love a good horror flick like the Saw movies and I'm planning on seeing the upcoming remake of Nightmare on Elm Street.

I like Adult Swim on Cartoon Network, but get tired of the cheap sexual references occasionally thrown in.

I also like Jay Leno and wish things had worked out better for Conan.

I can't stand Nancy Grace. Or Jane Valez-Mitchell. Her show is well named. That's a woman with issues. And Nancy's middle name must be Showsno.

Hello my name is Sean Smith. I am a simple 20 year old from a small town in Michigan.

I am a high school graduate currently saving up money to become a college student to get a masters in creative writing and marketing.

I am a disabled American, and proud. I have a disability called Osteogenesis Imperfecta which is brittle bones. With that comes a hearty helping of other problems such as restrictive lung disease, asthma, and scoliosis. But I make my life work to the best of my abilities.

I don't have a day job but I make ends meet the best I can. I am a musician and recording engineer. I manage the top unsigned rock band in Michigan called Burning The Night Sky. www.myspace.com/burningthenightsky. I produced their album and did the artwork as well.

I also am an avid reader/writer. I read tons of books from people such as Kevin J Anderson, Timothy Zahn, Stephen King, Tom Clancy and Robert Ludlum. I am in the process now of writing my first ever novel/screen play also.

Hi, all! I am Diane. I am a stay-at-home mother to five beautiful children, ranging in age from 9 to 17. I have been married to my wonderful husband Quinton for 19 years, come this April. I home-school my children and live on a mountain in eastern Oklahoma.

In my spare time, I read, write, watch movies and listen to a wide variety of music. I have finished two novels and am working on a third. Hopefully, I will be published soon and the hobby will become an income.

Above all things, I love God. I harbor no ill will towards anyone but ill doers. I believe God created us all with free-will and glorious choice.

My name is Avily Jerome. I am also a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom, although I only have three kids, and my two oldest attend school part time at a private Christian school, my eldest taking some of the extra classes (art, music, science, p.e., etc.) and my youngest going to preschool two days a week.

I have written a couple of novels, one in particular that I'm in a serious editing phase for, hoping to pitch it to agents in the next couple of months.

I read in virtually every genre, my current work in progress is fantasyesque, and I've toyed with historical as well. A couple of my favorite authors include (but are not limited to) Robert Jordan, C.S. Lewis, Francine Rivers, and Frank Peretti.

I am a Christian, and I try to weave my beliefs and my values into everything I do, whether writing, parenting, or being involved in relationships both within and outside of my church.

I prolly don't read as much as I should but it's hard to find a book that really holds my attention ( I'm ADHD ) I do enjoy reading the Bible and learning about Jesus, I don't believe in one certain denomination, altho we do attend a United Methodist Church. Hello. My name is Paul Lee, from central New York. I'm nineteen years old, and I'm graduating from highschool next month, a year behind schedule.

I enjoy science fiction and fantasy. I remember seeing a couple Star Trek: The Next Generation episodes with my dad, when I was very young; I think that was when the show was originally aired. After I saw The Fellowship of the Ring movie when I was ten, high fantasy became my all-time favorite genre. Since then, it's been a goal of mine to read as many high fantasy novels as I can. It probably goes without saying that my favorite fantasy is The Lord of the Rings, but I've also been reading The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan, as well as others.

I also enjoy various types of roleplaying and adventure games (on the computer, not tabletop), especially certain non-mainstream text-based types that are little known about.

I'm a major pessimist, and I get frustrated far too easily. I'm serious about my faith, and I believe that there is hope and significance for life only in the resurrection of Christ. I hope for the grace not to give in to my tendencies, but to accomplish whatever God's purpose may be for my life.

But, hi! I'm Michele Archer. I wrote a novel called The Calling of Mike Malone. I live in south Florida. I have 2 talking parrots that like to argue with me, 2 kids, and one violin.

Yeah, I LOVE the violin. I teach it, play it, do gigs with it. It's how I make most of my money.

My favorite drink is green tea. Depending on the mood, my favorite thing to eat is either lasagna or just big salad.

I want to get a kitty, a shirtless pool boy...but then I guess I also want a pool. heh-heh!

Hello my name is Randy Parks. I live in a small town hardly anyone's heard of called Kouts, Indiana. I attended Oral Roberts University for a few years studying Theology but flunked out (I got really lazy and wasn't doing my assignments like I should have been). So now I'm working as a janitor in a local High School (about 8 or 9 years now. I met David on another forum for a band we both like called Saviour Machnine (I see George is here too!) In my spare time I'm a HUGE gamer (PS3) Favorite game is Borderlands 2. I also like the Assasin's Creed series. As for reading? I don't read much but the books I have read are as follows: The Thrawn Trilogy by Timothy Zahn (Star Wars), The Overton Window, The Eye of Moloch and Agenda 21 all by Glenn Beck. I've also read "Darth Plagueis" (can't remember the author). As far as movies I'm a big Star Wars fan and recently purchased The Complete Saga on Blu Ray. I also like movies ranging from action to comedy...but I'm mostly a gamer. I would love to get to know and talk to more of you on here but for now I've gotta go.
