Anyone familiar with the works of the late Robert Ludlum? More famous ones of his are the Bourne Series (made into 3 movies so far with Matt Damon). I have read all of those, but my favorite has to be The Ambler Warning. Ludlum is amazing at the high pace, governmental thriller novels. His use of military lingo and technology is very extensive. His novels are usually a quick read except I had a hard time getting into The Tristan Betrayal. Though probably because he wrote the outline before he had died, and it is written by a ghostwriter.
Thoughts? Dislike him? Favorite works?

Although this is really more governmental thriller than spec, because of the military aspect, I'll keep it on the forum. Besides, I have a lot of Ludlum novels I've been meaning to get into as well. I purposefully didn't watch the Matt Damon Bourne movies because I want to experience the original writings. Some of this stuff sounds pretty speculative, so it sounds like it will fit okay.
